Artwork & Printing Proofs

Approval Requirement

We provide digital or physical proof for every custom order. Production will not begin until we receive your approval.

Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all proofs, including spelling, grammar, layout, and dimensions. We are not liable for errors in the final product that were present in the approved proof.

Color Matching

Due to variations in monitor settings, inks, and materials, a reasonable color difference between proofs and the final product is expected and considered acceptable within industry standards.

Intellectual Property

Customer Content

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you warrant that you own the rights to that content or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it. You agree to indemnify Custom Candle Boxes against any legal claims regarding trademark or copyright infringement.

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing material that is illegal, threatening, or infringing upon the rights of others.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the total invoice amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
