The ordering process begins with filling out the custom quote form with basic information about your required candle packaging. Fill out the required dimensions for your box by measuring your product length, width, and height/depth. Select the printing sides; you can choose inside, outside, or both, depending on your box. Mention the quantity for your candle boxes and upload your artwork file.
You can also mention the product type, add-ons, finishing options, and any additional information you’d like us to know in the message, and our experts will handle the rest for you.
Design & Consultation
Once you have submitted your quotes, one of our packaging experts will contact you regarding the quote submission. We will explain, in simple terms, the box styles, materials, and finishes best suited for your product.
You can also send your artwork to us, or, if you don’t have one, request free help creating an attractive design file that resonates with your brand and product. We will finalize the order once you approve the 3D design preview and the given quotation by one of our agents.
Production & Printing
Once you have approved the 3D mockup of your box, we will move forward with production and printing. Our team of experts will carefully recheck the size of your box, artwork placement, and print quality before production begins.
During the production process, our additional quality check will ensure colors, cuts, and finishing match the approved design exactly. We will make sure the color matches your artwork exactly so you can enjoy your custom packaging as you imagined it.
Shipping & Delivery
Once we’re done with production and printing, your packaging order reaches its final step: shipping it to your doorstep. In this process, we make sure that the order is packed securely to prevent any damage during the shipping process. Plus, we will make sure to deliver your packaging order carefully and on time. Your order will arrive ready to use with no extra steps or hefty cost required from you.
