Absolutely. You can order a custom sample for your box design. It is recommended that orders with larger quantities include a sample of their packaging. Once you approve the packaging design for your sample, we will begin production.

You can cancel your order within 4 hours after your order confirmation. After 4 hours, the assignment is forwarded to production, and 50% of the order cost becomes non-refundable.

Yes. You can make changes to your order before it’s sent to production. Please know that we will only send your order into production with your approval. If you want changes made during the production process, you must pay for the units produced under the previous design or order details.

To select the appropriate size for your candle box order, measure your product’s length, width, and height/depth carefully. Once you have these dimensions, you can select the appropriate size for your order or ask one of our experts for help.

No. We do not have any minimum order quantity. You can place an order for as many boxes as you require or as few as one.

Our turnaround/production time is 8 to 10 bu siness days. The time frame depends on the nature of the job. To get the exact time frame and an update on your order, you can reach out to our sales agent for real-time progress updates.

A dieline template is basically a flat layout of your box style in a PDF format. It comes with the necessary lines, including bleed, trim, and crease lines. A dieline template helps you accurately place your artwork to make sure it is printed perfectly.

Absolutely. Once you have confirmed your order placement, we will provide you with your custom dieline temple of your box.

Yes. We review the artwork before sending it to print. If there are any changes are required, our team of expert designers will notify you before making any changes to the file.

We print in CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) while screens use RGB (Red, Green, Blue), so slight color variations may occur. Monitor settings can also affect how colors appear. That said, we keep your proof as close to the final result as possible so you can review and approve it before production.

Yes. The materials we receive from our suppliers are FSC-certified, meaning they are fully recyclable and comply with all applicable rules and regulations.

Yes. We do offer eco-friendly candle boxes. With us, you can choose Kraft stock to be your base material, which can be recycled easily.

Rigid stock is the best-suited material for luxury candle boxes. It provides a smooth and luxurious feel to your product while providing a sturdy structure to your packaging.

Offset printing is a traditional printing method where the design is transferred from a plate to a rubber sheet and then onto the material. It’s best for large quantities and delivers high-quality, consistent results.

Digital printing prints your design directly onto the material without the need for plates. It’s ideal for smaller runs, faster turnaround times, and cost-effective short orders.

Flute refers to the wavy layer in corrugated cardboard placed between linerboards. It provides strength, cushioning, and structure to the packaging.

We use high-quality corrugated materials, typically including E-flute (1/16”) and B-flute (1/8″), depending on your packaging needs, whether it’s for better print quality, durability, or added protection.
